Extreme Makeover: Exterior Edition "Curt Graf is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented builders we have ever worked with. We purchased a house that had exterior challenges that included warping wood that we had repeatedly repainted as well as roofing and architectural issues. After receiving several bids from other contractors and painters who gladly suggested we continue to spend money repainting and even putting stucco over the warping wood, we spoke with Curt Graf and Lifestyle Builders. Kaufman Residence "After purchasing our lot in 2003 from Prudential Realty, our realtor gave us the names of two contractors. Since we wanted our home on one level, we were told by Curt Graf of Lifestyle Builders that he would rather lose our business than say we could build our one-level home. The other contractor said we could, but we learned we could not. Curt's honesty led to our hiring him. While we were still in Ohio Curt communicated his design work and building progress via the internet. His programs let us see our home being built step-by-step. Since this was our third home from the ground up, we had very definite ideas of what we wanted. Curt never forced his opinions on us, but his ideas were always helpful to get the house the way we wanted. The house is beautiful. He situated it so every room could have the view of the lake and the mountains. He has since returned whenever we needed him, even after the first year, when many contractors would feel their responsibility was over. Last year (2008), we added another room, bathroom, and garage to our home and extended our deck. We absolutely wanted Curt to do the addition and the garage.
