Time, patience and the willingness to let location dictate design have created Serendipity. Nestled in a secluded nook on a difficult downhill lot, Serendipity sits adjacent to the seventh fairway of the Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club. Once inside this home, you will be captivated by gorgeous views from every window. Fairway, stream and canyon views join to create a feeling of seclusion and privacy. All the fancy finishings in the world won't fix a bad floor plan, so our design team worked with the concept of Œsimple elegance¹ to create large spaces which naturally flow from one room to the next. Each room is filled with natural light, and each features relaxing views of the golf course or nearby canyons. The interior of Serendipity is kept bright and airy with the help of natural knotty pine trim and doors. Custom wood carving, hand-painted tile, rustic wood floors and European iron railings blend to create a unique touch of country flavor. The home has 5 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Bathrooms in approximately 5500 square feet of living space.
