Why Build Custom Now?

The reasons to build a custom home have not changed, but the
slow economy has helped to make it easier:

. . . Labor is very competitive and readily available.
. . . You are likely to have your home designed and built quickly because
. . . few construction related businesses are backlogged.

It's easy these days to get distracted by all the deals on the
market. The price on some of them is so low that I couldn't possibly build a
house for that, let alone buy the lot and build.

. . I hear over and over about buying opportunities. . .
. . I hear about great deals. . .
. . And I hear about incredible investments. . .

What I don't hear about is people saying they got exactly what they
wanted.
